<p>JobID: 210742156</p> <p>Category: Client Management</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2026-05-01T13:23:02+00:00</p> <p>JobShift: Day</p> <p>Base Pay/Salary: Chicago,IL $67,450.00-$92,000.00; New York,NY $77,900.00-$105,000.00; Washington,DC $77,900.00-$ 105,000.00</p> <p>If you have an interest in Commercial Real Estate and are looking to build a career within a collaborative, high-impact organization, JPMorgan Chase's Agency & Institutional Capital (AIC) Lending Group may be the ideal place for you.</p> <p>As a Transaction Manager in the Agency & Institutional Capital (AIC) Lending Group, you will play a critical role in the execution of multifamily loan transactions, partnering closely with Production, Credit, and Closing teams to deliver a seamless, best-in-class client experience.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead coordination efforts across internal deal team members and external stakeholders to collect, track, and manage all due diligence required for multifamily loan transactions </li><li>Support the transition of transactions from initial screening through underwriting, including assembling complete loan packages, facilitating internal approvals, and assisting with delivery to closing. </li><li>Maintain accurate and complete loan files, applicable checklists, and required documentation throughout the lifecycle of each transaction. Complete Agency-specific forms for submission and support Credit Officers with data entry and quality control. </li><li>Review and analyze third-party reports and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and Agency requirements. </li><li>Conduct market, property, and loan-level research to support underwriting and credit decisioning </li><li>Order, track, and critically review third-party reports, including appraisals, Property Condition Assessments (PCA), Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), zoning reports, and other required materials. </li><li>Partner closely with Insurance, Legal, Compliance, and Know Your Customer (KYC) teams to ensure all regulatory, Firm, and Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) requirements are met, including applicable credit checks. </li><li>Assist Credit Officers with property inspections and prepare detailed inspection summaries and reports. </li><li>Participate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to process improvements and broader team objectives. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of multifamily property fundamentals and agency lending / underwriting concepts </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously </li><li>High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team </li><li>Proficiency or willingness to learn multifamily underwriting systems and tools used by Government Sponsored Enterprises </li><li>Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism </li><li>At least 1 year of experience in commercial real estate, multifamily housing, or a related field </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p>
