<p>Your Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Technical sales support regarding the electrical execution of KHS lines and machines. </li><li>Preparation of a costumer related ETS. </li><li>Technical support regarding the electrical execution of KHS scope of delivery. </li><li>Manage technical clarification meetings regarding the electrical execution of the KHS scope of delivery with the costumer. </li><li>Participation C-Gate Meeting. </li><li>Preparation of the order related ETS. </li><li>Electrical engineering of the Wire ways in the Order Processing Layout (OPL). </li><li>Clarification of Quality issues regarding the electrical installation. </li><li>Follows KHS USA processes and procedures to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications; integrates American and European standards. </li><li>Interacts with production to verify and test equipment; provides technical assistance and support to sales, service, and purchasing as directed; supports parts sales by identifying correct replacement parts. </li><li>Prior to shipment, verifies performance of equipment to meet customer needs. </li><li>Troubleshoots performance issues in the field with field service and the customer's technical representatives; analyzes KHS components, determines if equipment is functioning properly; takes action when needed to ensure proper functioning. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of electrical engineering. </li><li>Good knowledge of machine interfaces. </li><li>Good knowledge of common interface standard e.g. Weihenstephan, OMAC. </li><li>Good knowledge of the relevant electrical UL and Canadian Norms and regulations. </li><li>Confident demeanor in negotiations. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Knowledge of electrical European Norms and regulation is preferred. </li><li>At least three years' experience in engineering processing equipment in a food or beverage packaging/processing environment; OR equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Mastery of MS Office applications.
