This role will manage day-to-day operations, financial and operations performance, and optimization of dedicated fleets.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily execution for regional and local dedicated fleets ensuring efficient utilization of dedicated driver capacity </li><li>Develop and analyze dedicated fleet metrics to track financial and service performance </li><li>Make recommendations to optimize dedicated fleet utilization </li><li>Drive cross-functional analysis and partnership with plant and warehouse locations supported (or potentially supported) by dedicated fleets </li><li>Run regular operation and financial performance calls with dedicated provider </li><li>Root cause and recommend resolution to any service or financial gaps as they arise. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field </li><li>2-4 years' experience in logistics environment - CPG or 3PL environment preferred </li><li>Exposure to TMS platforms - Manhattan experience preferred </li><li>Efficiency in Microsoft products - excel, PowerBI </li></ul> <p>#TMZ23</p>
