<p>Job Description</p> <p>CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Electricians for a residential new build project starting next month in Muncie, IN. Candidates must have experience pulling Romex cable and be ready to work on-site in a fast-paced construction environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Install and wire electrical systems in new residential homes.</p> </li><li> <p>Pull Romex and other residential wiring as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all work is completed to code, safely and efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with other trades and project managers to meet schedules.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain jobsite safety and proper use of PPE.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience as a residential Electrician, including Romex cable installation.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; must pass drug screen and background check.</p> </li></ul> <p>CCS Offers:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive hourly pay</p> </li><li> <p>Paid weekly</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunity for temp-to-hire/full-time placement</p> </li><li> <p>Supportive, safety-focused work environment</p> </li></ul> <p>?
