<p>Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):</p> <p>This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may expand to include other duties and responsibilities based on business need.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for assisting the Property Manager in all areas of administration. </li><li>Assist in the day-to-day administration of low-income housing and Section 42 tax credit programs. </li><li>Verification of certification for all resident files </li><li>Ensure all program related activities follow the rules and regulations of all federal regulations, local public housing, and tax credit guidelines. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in low-income housing and tax credit programs, </li><li>Experience in Section 42 tax credit programs required. </li><li>Exceptional organizational, oral, and written communications skills a plus. </li><li>Computer proficiency a must </li><li>Experience in public housing required. </li><li>Must have ability to problem solve and resolve applicant and resident issues. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment/Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phone, photocopiers/printers, and filing cabinets. </li><li>This position requires sitting, bending, stooping, or standing as necessary.
