All of our Home Care assignments are located on our Independent Living campus. No more driving across town traveling to your next assignment!</p> <p>The following C.N.A. shifts (Part-Time and PRN roles) are available:</p> <ul> <li> <p>C.N.A., PRN - All shifts: The schedule will depend on your availability in addition to the company's.</p> </li><li> <p>Must meet PRN requirements: work 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays monthly; must work either Thanksgiving OR Christmas.</p> </li><li> <p>Pay range: $15.50 - $16.44 per hour depending on experience.</p> </li><li> <p>C.N.A./Activities, Part-Time: This is a C.N.A. that will also work as an Activities Assistant in large and small group activities for elderly residents with mild cognitive impairment.</p> </li><li> <p>Monday-Friday (no weekends); 12-20 hours per week.</p> </li><li> <p>Pay range: $15.50 - $16.44 per hour depending on experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>We are offering a $500 sign-on bonus for Home Care PRN/PT C.N.A. positions!</p> <p>If you are interested in a Full-Time C.N.A. position, please look for our Full-Time AIL, CNA job posting!</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide 1:1 care in resident homes located on campus. </li><li>Promote independent living activities, provide quality assistance with activities of daily living to enable residents to maintain independent living for as long as appropriate and possible. </li><li>Assist with ADL's, dressing/bathing, meal preparation and household tasks including light laundry, dishes and bed making. This can include pet care. </li><li>Assist with transportation, transfers or ambulation as resident's condition warrants. </li><li>Assist members with making appointments as requested. </li><li>Provide reminders to take medication. </li><li>Facilitate exercise programs and encourage member to participate in campus activities. </li><li>Offer companionship for off campus excursions/appointments/shopping. </li><li>Observe and report changes in behavior/appearance to the RN immediately. </li><li>Performance of assigned tasks in emergency situations including fire, electrical and disasters. </li><li>Provide a compliant calendar of availability to the scheduling department by the 15th of every month containing all required elements to maintain PRN status. </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>Active North Carolina CNA certification or working towards one. </li><li>First Aid/CPR Certified. </li><li>One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred. </li><li>Experience in geriatrics preferred but not required. </li><li>Need to have reliable transportation. </li></ul> <p>PERKS OUTSIDE OF THE PAYCHECK:</p> <ul> <li>1:1 patient ratio </li><li>Senior Advocacy </li><li>Rewarding hospitality-driven environment </li><li>Growth opportunities </li><li>Diverse culture </li><li>Open door atmosphere </li><li>Free employee meals </li><li>Free parking </li><li>Flexible work schedule </li><li>Employee Assistance Program to all employees </li><li>Employee recognition programs </li><li>Beautiful, resort-like campus on over 60 acres </li></ul> <p>Part-time/PRN employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision after twelve months of employment.</p> <p>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</p> <p>Drug-free workplace.</p> <p>EEO & E-verify employer.</p> <p>#sponsor</p>
