This role coordinates weekly CMS-required quality reporting for the Hospital Care at Home program, performing detailed quality assurance checks in partnership with clinical leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities also include supporting the Leapfrog Hospital Survey process by validating responses and aligning reported data with organizational performance to maximize outcomes. The analyst develops ad hoc EMR-based reports, manages performance tracking tied to OKRs, and synthesizes data from multiple systems to identify trends, monitor success, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making across the enterprise.</p> <p>This is a remote role. A caregiver in this position will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with no weekends or holidays.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Perform quality assurance role for reports developed by others including preparing and executing test plans, logging defects, and retesting corrected defects to validate data integrity, accuracy, and completeness in reports prior to customer deployment. </li><li>Perform complex data analysis, while possessing knowledge of the data model. </li><li>Design, develop, and maintain relational database reports. </li><li>Design, develop and maintain reports integrating data between different database systems. </li><li>Assist with scope and task plan development; provides input to resource requirement development. </li><li>Foster innovation and learning through sharing design ideas and mentoring team members. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Science, Management Information Science, or related field </li><li>Minimum five years experience with database management and data analysis (additional years may offset degree requirement) </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced excel skill set - able to quickly develop/create Gratto chart, excel borders </li><li>Experience with government websites and downloading CMS files </li><li>Experience using Tableau and/or EPIC </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. </li><li>Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. </li><li>Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. </li><li>Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00</p> <p>Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
