<p>Objective</p> <p>Working under direct supervision, Production Associates perform routine and repetitive duties within the manufacturing operations area.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Feed raw materials into machinery </li><li>Perform production duties such as manual lifting, sorting, rolling and stacking </li><li>Operate industrial machinery and equipment to drive production processes </li><li>Carry out basic quality checks, report quality deficiencies to department management </li><li>Record production line productivity, downtime, and other data related to production target efficiencies </li><li>Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently </li><li>Complete visual inspections on equipment before use; report maintenance concerns when necessary </li><li>Perform shutdown/ startup procedures </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe workstation free of hazardous materials </li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Ability to handle equipment and vehicles safely and sensibly; situational awareness </li><li>Frequently lift 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time </li><li>High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment </li><li>Follow instructions for operating equipment and record keeping </li><li>Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Previous experience as a production associate or similar role in a production setting </li></ul> <p>IND1</p>
