<p>Main Responsibilities of an Operations Support Team Member:</p> <ul> <li>Keep buildings in a clean condition </li><li>Perform all heavy-duty cleaning </li><li>Support restaurant operations with stocking </li><li>Perform regular maintenance activities </li><li>Engage in repair activities when needed </li></ul> <p>Operations Support Team Member Description:</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Cleaner/Janitor willing to support restaurant operations with stocking as well to feel a vital spot on our team. We are hoping to find a reliable and skilled person who understands the importance that this support role plays in our organization.</p> <p>The person we would like to give this opportunity to should have strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and poses both a proactive and reactive mindset. We like to keep our environment tidy and very well-organized, we expect our future Operations Support Team Member to take complete responsibility for helping us achieve this.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping) </li><li>Gathering and emptying indoor trash </li><li>Clean, service, and resupply restrooms </li><li>Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces </li><li>Some food preparation </li><li>Stocking support for our Front of House & Back of House team </li><li>Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliances) </li><li>Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture </li><li>Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>Must know and follow sanitation procedures </li><li>Must know and follow food safety protocols </li><li>Must be able to respond and act quickly </li><li>Must have strong communication and multitasking skills </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
