<p>Kforce's client in is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join their team in Braintree, MA. This client is a long running real estate company. They offer a strong benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, sick/vacation days, etc. This role will be fully in office to start and will move to a hybrid schedule after 3 months (1 day a week remote).</p> <p>Responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Record financial data </li><li>Create and maintain payables and journal entries </li><li>Conduct account reconciliations </li><li>Review and analyze general ledger activity and resolve any discrepancies </li><li>Ensure mortgage payments and taxes are paid timely </li><li>Analyze and record accrued expenses </li><li>Prepare audit workpapers and manage the audit process </li><li>Prepare reporting packages to lenders and investors* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration </li><li>4+ years of accounting experience within public accounting or real estate </li><li>Yardi software experience is preferred </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills </li></ul>
