The role also supports enterprise planning, critical communications, and cross-functional execution of high-impact initiatives.</p> <p>Your Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to inform DTCC's product and service roadmap. </li><li>Collaborate with internal partners (Product Management, Risk, Technology, Legal, and Operations) to develop and implement market solutions. </li><li>Drive the development of business cases for new initiatives, including financial modeling, risk analysis, and go-to-market strategies. </li><li>Support executive decision-making through the preparation of presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations. </li><li>Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to assess their impact on DTCC's strategic direction. </li><li>Gather insights from client working groups and incorporate them into planning and solution design. </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment with enterprise goals and timelines. </li><li>Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and enterprise goal-setting processes. </li><li>Partner with Talent and Finance teams to align initiatives with organizational capabilities and resource planning. </li><li>Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. </li></ul> <p>NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 8 years of related experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>Talents Needed for Success:</p> <ul> <li>Degrees in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. </li><li>Relevant experience in strategy, consulting, financial services, or a related field. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience working with senior leadership. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive cross-functional collaboration. </li></ul> <p>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
