The Permanency Specialist works directly with kids and families in order to assist in achieving life-long connections, including adoption.</p> <ul> <li>Meet with children and families to complete units of service as referred by the Statewide Adoption Network including Child Profiles, Family Profiles, Child Preparation, Child Specific Recruitment, and Adoption Finalization </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services field is required. </li><li>1-2 years experience in the child welfare system preferred </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Valid driver's license and registered vehicle, able to work independently in the field </li><li>Must be 21 years of age </li></ul> <p>About Us:</p> <p>KidsPeace is a private charity committed to supporting the behavioral and mental health needs of children, families, and communities.
