<p>Facility:</p> <p>Dayton Children's - Main Campus</p> <p>Department:</p> <p>Neurosurgery Research Laboratory</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Hours:</p> <p>40</p> <p>Job Details:</p> <p>Performs administrative duties and prepares and maintains multi-institutional research protocols for Institutional Review Boards, internal quality assurance, and research methods.</p> <p>Prepares material transfer agreements and other documents for multi-institutional collaboration</p> <p>Participates in laboratory architectural design and facilities planning meetings</p> <p>Participates in laboratory website design</p> <p>Maintains laboratory finances and supplies</p> <p>Negotiates and obtains pricing quotes from laboratory equipment vendors</p> <p>Keeps records of equipment, supplies, and consumable items and maintains stable stocks to ensure no lapses in productivity</p> <p>Provides quality assurance and coordinates required maintenance of equipment</p> <p>Prepares financial budgets for extramural grant proposals</p> <p>Prepares purchase orders and maintains files on all expenses</p> <p>Prepares expenditure reports for internal review and external financial donors</p> <p>Supervisory role</p> <p>Verifies and maintains student records of required training and laboratory access</p> <p>Oversees student participation in experiments</p> <p>Coordinates timing and utilization of shared equipment</p> <p>Research role</p> <p>Collects and processes human tissue specimens in the operating room</p> <p>Performs sterile cell culture</p> <p>Provides technical support for experimental procedures</p> <p>Department Specific Job Details:</p> <p>Grant funded (one year term 2025-2026).</p> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelors (Required)</p> <p>Certification/License Requirements:</p>
