<ul> <li>Oversees prototype and serial tooling projects for North America. </li><li>Prepares monthly reporting on deferred tooling for VC USA and VC Toluca. </li><li>Forecasts tooling sales for North America. </li><li>Gather and maintain documentation for tooling projects. </li><li>Prepares customer documentation requirements to bill tooling into customer's portal. </li><li>Maintains Tooling Trackers for North America </li><li>Works with launch managers, coordinators, and quality department to gather required documentation for billing to the customer. </li></ul> <p>Qualificationsarrow_right</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma. </li><li>5+ years experience in Accounting. </li><li>Proficient in Aurora, SAP, Excel, Deferred Tooling. Dashboard RFQ system / Customer and Supplier purchase orders / Prototrack Sample Order information / Serial tooling cost and sales information. </li><li>OTHER: This is a hybrid position following six months of full-time in person employment whereby the employee will work both from home up to two days a week and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address.
