<p>Join Forbes' 2024 Best Employer for Diversity!</p> <p>As a senior manager underwriting for the Commercial Lines organization, you'll advance the growth of our Transportation Workers Compensation product by refining and implementing underwriting strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. You'll lead and mentor an underwriting team, ensuring alignment with performance goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you'll incorporate data-driven insights for effective risk assessment and rate setting, while collaborating with internal and external partners to drive business results.
