Reporting to the Vice President of Inside Sales, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Inside Sales Consultants. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing team performance, and delivering exceptional service to our travel advisor partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with a passion for coaching, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.</p> <p>What we'll offer:</p> <ul> <li>Work from home/Remote position </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD </li><li>17 paid personal days off per year </li><li>8 paid holidays </li><li>Employee assistance program </li><li>Retirement plan </li><li>Travel discounts </li><li>Flexible shifts available </li></ul> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>Sales Strategy & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets. </li><li>Accelerate pipeline movement through well-structured sales plays, incentive programs, and contests. </li><li>Track and analyze important metrics, including revenue, margins, rep attainment, and forecast accuracy, to ensure targets are met or exceeded. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership & Coaching</p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Consultants through consistent, 1:1 mentor, call reviews, and performance feedback. </li><li>Quickly address performance gaps with individualized development plans that get results. </li><li>Cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and continuous learning. </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline visibility and sales forecasting. </li><li>Collaborate with Enablement and Training teams to ensure reps are fully equipped to succeed. </li><li>Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align sales efforts with broader business initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Customer Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the team delivers a personalized, consultative, high-touch sales experience tailored to the needs of the travel advisor. </li><li>Champion customer happiness and dedication through proactive engagement and service excellence </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a direct leadership role supporting consultative sellers in a quota-carrying environment. </li><li>A proven record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams. </li><li>A data-driven attitude with experience in forecasting, performance analysis, and pipeline management. </li><li>Experience in the travel industry or a consultative sales environment preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Microsoft) and sales enablement tools. </li><li>Excellent communication, mentor, and cross-functional collaboration skills. </li><li>Experience leading remote or hybrid teams. </li><li>Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools and lead scoring systems. </li><li>Passion for European travel and understanding of the travel advisor ecosystem. </li></ul> <p>We believe people perform best when they can be their true selves, and diverse teams drive better results.
