You will report to senior leadership and work closely with business, data, and IT professionals, including external consultants. The position is ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to large-scale, strategic initiatives.</p> <p>Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:</p> <ul> <li>Develop comprehensive project plans for systems data and business process improvement implementations </li><li>Define project scope, goals, and objectives aligned with organizational strategy </li><li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution </li><li>Lead diverse cross-functional project teams, including external consultants </li><li>Foster effective communication and coordination among team members </li><li>Gather and document functional and technical requirements for systems and process implementations </li><li>Manage project execution in Data Management systems (PLMs, ERPs [SAP preferred], Shop Floor systems, Advance Planning Systems [Blue Yonder preferred], and other source systems used in Global Operations & Supply Chain) </li><li>Provide regular updates to leadership </li></ul> <p>Required Knowledge and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (required); advanced degree preferred </li><li>Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (or 2 years with advanced degree) </li><li>PMP certification (ideally) </li><li>Experience leading projects in validated environments </li><li>Proven ability to manage program timelines, risks, and escalations </li><li>Strong collaboration skills across multi-functional teams </li><li>Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, SmartSheet, TaskTracker, SharePoint, DevOps) </li><li>Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS SharePoint </li><li>Experience managing project costing, budget forecasting, and resource management </li><li>Understanding of business process, master and transactional data, and key business systems </li></ul> <p>Physical Job Requirements</p> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.</p> <p>Benefits & Compensation</p> <p>Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package</p> <p>A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
