In this role, you will manage customer accounts, evaluate credit risk, support collections efforts, and partner with internal teams to ensure strong accounts receivable performance.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate customer creditworthiness by reviewing financial data, credit history, and reports </li><li>Process credit applications, including new account setup </li><li>Work directly with customers to resolve credit issues and inquiries </li><li>Manage a high volume of communication with Sales Consultants, Store Managers, and customers </li><li>Review accounts to identify delinquent balances and initiate collection efforts </li><li>Prepare documentation for collection agencies and assist with lien filings </li><li>Process job sheets and lien waivers </li><li>Track and report on key metrics (NSF checks, bad debt, etc.) using spreadsheets </li><li>Collaborate with Credit and Accounts Receivable teams to improve workflow and results </li><li>Partner with internal teams to resolve short payments and disputes </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Strong commitment to customer service </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills </li><li>Detail-oriented and highly organized </li><li>Self-motivated and able to manage changing priorities </li><li>Team player who works well across departments </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>Credit/collections or related experience preferred </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>Gustave A.
