We invite you to be part of our Company where you can grow your career and serve with your heart.</p> <p>In our time of Company growth, we seek a Staff RN Cardiology</p> <p>Work Locations: Bradenton, FL</p> <p>As part of this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and symptoms </li><li>Provide direct nursing care to patients with cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, and post-cardiac procedures </li><li>Interpret electrocardiograms (EKGs) and monitor telemetry </li><li>Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures such as stress tests, cardiac catheterizations, and echocardiograms </li><li>Educate patients and families on heart health, medications, lifestyle modifications, and disease management </li><li>Collaborate with physicians, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards </li><li>Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols </li></ul> <p>What you need to bring to this role:</p> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida </li><li>Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required </li><li>Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required </li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in cardiology, telemetry, or critical care </li></ul>
