This role is for someone who is comfortable working through ambiguity, collaborating closely with others, and taking responsibility for outcomes-not just assigned tasks. This candidate must be located in Salt Lake City, and it is a hybrid work model.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Senior Software Engineer will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate desired outcomes into working software </li><li>Design and deliver production-ready solutions that balance quality, performance, speed, and maintainability </li><li>Contribute thoughtfully to architectural and design discussions, articulating trade-offs and recommendations </li><li>Take ownership of features and technical initiatives from concept through delivery </li><li>Write clear, well-tested code and actively participate in code and design reviews </li><li>As a Senior Software Engineer, you will support and mentor other engineers through collaboration, pairing, and constructive feedback </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve system quality, reliability, and developer effectiveness </li><li>Adapt and collaborate effectively as requirements, constraints, or priorities evolve* Test Driven Development; Owning production throughout the entire process </li><li>Developing and utilizing AI for coding </li><li>Proficient in C#/.NET </li><li>Experience with Cloud </li></ul>
