<p>We currently have the opportunity for a Survey Party Chief to join our team.</p> <ul> <li>Bridge Structure Layout experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Key Functions</p> <ul> <li>Travel to locations and select known reference points to determine the exact location of important features </li><li>Establish fixed points for use in machine control </li><li>Establish TBMs for fixed structures construction </li><li>Properly maintain surveying instruments to ensure accuracy </li><li>Knowledge of GPS software, total station, site level, and equipment used to facilitate surveying of heavy civil construction projects </li><li>Compute measurements and interpret plans in order to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of roads, bridges and other structures </li><li>Look for evidence of previous boundaries to determine where right of way lines and construction limits are located </li><li>Record the results of surveying and verify the accuracy of onsite control points </li><li>Provide as-builts of piles, monitoring locations and other structures when needed </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum five (3) years of surveying experience. </li><li>Valid Driver's License </li></ul> <p>Salary Information</p> <ul> <li>$65,000-$90,000 DOE* </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Medical </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>401K </li></ul> <p>DFW / EOE</p> <p>Disclaimer</p> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
