As an intern at Community Health, you will gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced clinicians, and contribute to meaningful therapeutic work. Our clinic offers evidence-based therapies and a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.</p> <p>FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:</p> <ul> <li>Assist licensed clinicians in conducting individual and group therapy sessions. </li><li>Participate in case conferences and treatment planning meetings. </li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic client care. </li><li>Gain exposure to various therapeutic approaches and techniques. </li><li>Contribute to maintaining accurate and organized client records. </li><li>Engage in continuous learning through workshops and training sessions. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/ SKILLS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS:</p> <ul> <li>Enrollment in a graduate program in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. </li><li>Genuine interest in the field of behavioral health and psychotherapy. </li><li>Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients. </li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. </li><li>Ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical guidelines. </li><li>Willingness to learn and engage in self-reflective practices. </li></ul> <p>HOW WE SUPPORT YOU:</p> <ul> <li>Valuable hands-on experience in a clinical setting. </li><li>Mentorship and guidance from seasoned professionals. </li><li>Exposure to diverse therapeutic modalities and client populations. </li><li>Opportunities for professional development and networking. </li><li>Flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments. </li></ul> <p>Application Process:</p> <ul> <li>Along with their application and resume, interested candidates are invited to submit a cover letter highlighting their interest in the internship and a brief description of their career goals. </li></ul> <p>#CHjobs</p>
