<p>Overall Goal of Position:</p> <p>Provide top-tier service and support to our customers and SBI team.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Provides support by processing customer orders, answering inquiries by phone or email. Maintain up-to-date customer files, price lists and promotions. Communicates and works cooperatively with account managers and other individuals at all levels within the company.</p> <p>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Order Management </li><li>Receive and process orders from customers by phone, email, and EDI </li><li>Interact cross functionally with the Transportation, Finance, Manufacturing Operations, and Field Sales departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders </li><li>Verify pricing is accurate on orders. </li><li>Provide accurate information regarding availability of in stock items </li><li>Customer and Consumer Support </li><li>Receive and process inbound consumer inquiries by phone and email. </li><li>Maintain customer pricing files. </li><li>Communicate with customers to keep them fully informed about service-related issues. </li><li>Sales Support </li><li>Generate and interpret sales and shipping reports </li><li>Maintain customer files in an organized system </li><li>Facilitate the flow of information related to master database records between the customer and SBI </li><li>Interface with Company product data pools and image repositories as required </li><li>Fill a request for samples or sales material when needed </li><li>Alert sales personnel about issues based on customer interactions </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Personal Characteristics </li><li>Professional Demeanor </li><li>Entrepreneurial drive and the desire to "build a business" </li><li>Passionate, outgoing, energetic, and results oriented personality </li><li>Overall confidence in one's abilities and comfortable communicating the facts </li><li>Smart, creative and inquisitive </li><li>Character and Integrity-Does the right thing even when no one is looking </li><li>Disciplined approach, and accountable for KPIs </li><li>No excuses mindset.
