All members of our organization have a responsibility to uphold these values.</p> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <p>The Outpatient Program Launch Coordinator is a temporary role responsible for supporting the development and launch of outpatient therapy services in Mecklenburg County while continuing to provide direct Mobile Crisis Team (MCT) coverage. This position focuses on outpatient program planning, workflow development, and operational readiness rather than staff supervision or long-term program management. In addition to outpatient development responsibilities, the clinician will maintain scheduled Mobile Crisis shifts and provide additional MCT coverage as needed during slower periods to support team capacity and continuity of care. This position will also maintain a limited outpatient therapy caseload, with the number of clients and expectations to be determined based on program needs, clinician capacity, and implementation priorities. This role is designed to support the initial development and implementation of outpatient services and will be reviewed after six (6)months, or earlier depending on the growth of the program, to determine ongoing needs and alignment. This role includes an adjusted hourly rate to reflect additional responsibilities during the outpatient program development phase.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Support the development and launch of outpatient clinic services, including assisting with workflow design, intake processes, waitlist structure, and operational readiness. </li><li>Collaborate with leadership on the creation, refinement, and implementation of outpatient policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. </li><li>Assist with program planning, service utilization tracking, and operational coordination related to outpatient services. </li><li>Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities related to outpatient service delivery, as directed. </li><li>Support regulatory, licensing, and accreditation compliance for outpatient services in collaboration with leadership. </li><li>Engage in community outreach, education, and program development activities to support awareness and appropriate utilization of </li></ul> <p>outpatient services.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a limited outpatient therapy caseload, with caseload size and expectations to be determined based on program needs and clinician capacity. </li><li>Provide direct clinical services through scheduled MCT shifts and offer additional MCT coverage as needed based on call volume and operational needs. </li><li>Assist with cross-coverage and operational support during slower MCT periods to ensure continuity of services. </li><li>Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, payer, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Complete all required training and maintain active professional licensure and competencies. </li><li>This role includes a combination of virtual and in-person work. The clinician is expected to be available on-site and, in the community, as clinically and operationally appropriate. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned in support of outpatient program development and Mobile Crisis operations. </li></ul> <p>What We Require:</p> <p>Master's degree in social work or related field with independent licensure (or near-term eligibility) in North Carolina and a minimum of two years of outpatient therapy experience; supervisory experience preferred.</p> <p>What You'll Get:</p> <p>Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday</p> <p>Opportunities for career growth, training and development, flexible work schedules and shifts.</p> <p>The rare opportunity to make a difference in the very community that you call home.
