<p>Job Title</p> <p>Regional Operations Manager I - Denver, CO</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>Shaw Industries is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead our Regional Redistribution Center located in Denver, CO. This leader will have ownership of the associate and customer experience at Shaw's Denver location. We are committed to creating a better future for our customers, our people, our company, and our communities.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>30-35 employees total, consisting of approximately 12 Class-A CDL drivers and 20 warehouse and office associates.</p> </li><li> <p>Service to Shaw customers throughout the majority of Colorado and Wyoming.</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess the ability to work closely with Sales and other business partners in meeting customer demands.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for maintaining communication with Directors of Regional Operations on the performance of the facility.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure a safe work environment is provided for all associates to include compliance with all DOT and OSHA requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Motivate associates by assisting and empowering them to achieve facility goals and implement improvement processes as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Work to increase market saturation for Shaw Truck and negotiating freight rates with customers to secure new business ensuring all customer needs/concerns are met on a daily basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure effective utilization of transportation equipment and personnel for providing delivery and pick up service to customers.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Four-year degree and 5+ years of extensive management experience.
