<p>The Director of Business Transformation leads enterprise-wide initiatives to improve operational performance, strengthen cross-functional accountability, and institutionalize data-driven decision-making across CenCore Group.</p> <p>This role partners with executive leadership, Finance, HR, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Compliance to identify performance gaps, redesign business processes, implement KPIs, and drive measurable improvement in efficiency, margin, and execution.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, high-visibility role operating at the intersection of strategy and execution.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Enterprise Process Optimization</p> <ul> <li> <p>Map and evaluate core business processes across:</p> </li><li> <p>Government contracting lifecycle (BD ? Proposal ? Award ? Execution ?
