<p>About the Job</p> <p>MedStar Frankiln Square Medical Center</p> <p>IMC - Full Time Position</p> <p>Unit Highlights</p> <p>This 48-bed unit provides care for a mix of Intermediate Care (IMC) and Medical-Surgical patients. Nurses are cross-trained to manage both populations, including high-acuity patients requiring chronic ventilator management and insulin drips.</p> <p>The unit is supported by strong leadership and a tenured core group of RNs who foster teamwork, mentorship, and a collaborative work environment. Flexible scheduling options support work-life balance while maintaining high standards of patient-centered care.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
