This position is schedule as hybrid.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>The Release Train Engineer will lead and manage the private credit operations team, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the organization's financial goals </li><li>Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and efficiency in private credit processes </li><li>Serve as a point of contact for credit related inquiries and maintain strong relationships </li><li>Collaborate with internal and external personnel including investors, financial institutions </li><li>Streamline operational processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency in credit operations </li><li>The Release Train Engineer will mentor and develop team members fostering a collaborative and high performing work environment </li><li>Stay updated with regulatory changes affecting private credit operations, relevant laws and regulations* Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) plus 10+ years of investment securities related work experience </li><li>5+ years of experience in private credit, finance, or investment management </li><li>Proven leadership and team management capabilities </li><li>In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies </li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Advanced MS Office Word, Excel </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills </li></ul>
