<p>Our Company</p> <p>PharMerica</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role requires extensive travel (60-70%) to various locations to assist in pharmacy operations, medication preparation, and patient support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a mobile setting.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Travel to multiple locations to support pharmacy operations and medication distribution </li><li>Collects information needed to fill prescriptions from customers or healthcare professionals </li><li>Measures, mixes, and labels medications under the supervision of a pharmacist </li><li>Ensures accurate prescription preparation and dispensing </li><li>Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications </li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers </li><li>Process insurance claims and handle medication inquiries </li><li>Ensure inventory control and proper storage of medications during transit </li><li>Adhere to all safety and security protocols while transporting medications </li><li>Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams and healthcare professionals </li><li>Supervisory Responsibility: No </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician.</p> <p>LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS• Pharmacy technician certification preferred. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p> <p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSPercentage of Travel: 25-75%</p> <ul> <li>Reliable personal vehicle for travel. • Ability to travel 60-70% of the time. </li></ul> <p>To perform this role will require frequently sitting, standing, walking, typing on a keyboard with fingers and occasionally bending, reaching, and climbing (stairs/ladders).
