<p>Genesys Cloud CX Developer</p> <p>We're seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud CX Developer to design, develop, and optimize multichannel self-service and IVR solutions. This role focuses on creating seamless customer experiences across voice and digital channels using Genesys Cloud CX, with a strong emphasis on integration, automation, and analytics.</p> <p>Work model: At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
