Your day might include:</p> <ul> <li>Welcoming patients and helping them feel at ease </li><li>Taking vitals, administering vaccines, and assisting with screenings </li><li>Performing EKGs, eye tests, and in-house lab testing </li><li>Managing patient records in our EMR and supporting referral processes </li><li>Coordinating care with specialists and participating in team huddles </li><li>Contributing to quality improvement initiatives that make a real impact </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program </li><li>Basic Life Support Certification (required) </li><li>Experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting </li><li>Strong communication, flexibility, and a heart for community care </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual (Portuguese or Spanish) or have FQHC experience! </li></ul> <p>Why EBCAP?</p> <p>When you join EBCAP, you join a supportive, collaborative team thats changing lives every day.
