<p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position is responsible for the oversight of multiple organizational operations including the division operating budget, accounting and reporting activities, service contract development and implementation of state office building management activities, including the call center and state employee parking management.</p> <p>This position manages customer relations including tenant issues, conflict resolution, policy and guidelines explanation, and evaluation of long-range goals. This position supervises professional staff responsible for the preparation of State Building Commission materials, managing accounts receivable and payable and contract administration. This position works closely with the Bureaus of Real Estate Management, Building Management and Enterprise Fleet. This position also manages the State Capitol Tours program, provides leadership to the Facilities Information Center (FMIC), and supervises the management of procurement contracts including requests for proposals (RFPs) and request for bids (RFBs) activities.</p> <p>To view a complete list of duties, see the position description.</p> <p>Salary Information</p> <p>This position is in schedule-range (81-02) with a salary between $87,360 and $111,092.80. A two-year trial period may be required. This topic and any remote work flexibility that may be available will be discussed in more detail in the interview process.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualified applicants will have the following:</p> <ul> <li>Experience developing and managing an operating budget which may include addressing/analyzing budgetary issues </li><li>Experience in the development and management of contract administration </li><li>Experience leading a team and/or supervising employees (e.g., hiring, directing the work of other employees, providing performance goals and standards, scheduling, training, counseling employees, etc.) </li></ul> <p>In addition, well qualified applicants may have the following:</p> <ul> <li>Experience managing public facing programs </li><li>Policy development and implementation (e.g. implementing program policies, rules, regulations, or similar) </li><li>Experience developing, managing, or implementing budgets and budget projections in a public sector setting. </li><li>Experience providing fiscal consultation, technical assistance, or training. </li></ul> <p>How To Apply</p> <p>Apply online!
