Through our easy-to-use platform and job board, nursing professionals get the pay, freedom, and flexibility they deserve while our partnered facilities get access to nursing resources when and where they need them.</p> <p>The Manager, Total Rewards & HRIS is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy, which includes compensation, benefits, and recognition programs as well as responsibilities towards other HR systems and work-flows. This role ensures that the company's benefits and People Ops systems are aligned with business objectives to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develops and oversees compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with organizational goals. </li><li>Manages the design and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs. </li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business leaders. </li><li>Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the HRIS. </li><li>Analyzes market data and industry trends to benchmark compensation and benefits practices and make recommendations for adjustments. </li><li>Collaborates with senior leadership to align total rewards strategies with business objectives and financial constraints. </li><li>Implements and maintains employee recognition and reward programs to drive engagement and performance. </li><li>Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of total rewards programs and makes data-driven recommendations for improvements. </li><li>Coordinates with external vendors and consultants to ensure the organization's benefits offerings are cost-effective and compliant with regulations. </li><li>Provides expertise and guidance on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary reviews, and pay equity. </li><li>Facilitates communication and education around total rewards programs to ensure employees understand their benefits and compensation packages. </li><li>Manages annual compensation and benefits budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning and analysis. </li><li>Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. </li><li>Supports all employees with total rewards-related inquiries and issues. </li><li>Collaborates with Payroll on bi-monthly processing for corporate employee pay. </li><li>Oversees the processing of Unemployment, Workers Compensation, and legal subpoena requests on an ad hoc basis. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior success in managing compensation and benefits programs, with a strong understanding of market trends and best practices. </li><li>5+ years in a corporate HR/People & Culture team, ideally in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze compensation data and market trends to make informed recommendations. </li><li>Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and employee recognition programs. </li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics. </li><li>Previous experience with ADP (we use EV6). </li><li>Comfortable building dashboards in Excel, reporting trends & analysis to company leadership. </li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. </li><li>Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management software. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a start up environment. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
