As a Shuttle Driver, you'll transport Members to and from school and various destinations along designated routes, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.</p> <p>Location: Sugar House with support to our other Salt Lake Valley locations (Midvale to Glendale)</p> <p>Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (40hrs/week)</p> <ul> <li>Enjoy a Monday through Friday work schedule, with no late nights or weekends required-ideal for maintaining a healthy work-life balance </li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage </li><li>Flexible spending options </li><li>Discounted childcare services </li><li>Exciting bonuses for retention, employee referrals, and outstanding performance </li><li>Gain valuable career experience in a supportive environment </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Drive 16 passenger vans and large school buses according to set schedules, safely transporting Members to their destinations- Maintain order and ensure discipline among youth passengers during transit </li><li>Food Bank Donations Drop Off to various Club Locations </li><li>Conduct thorough safety and operational inspections of assigned vehicles </li><li>Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as refueling and tire checks </li><li>Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained for safe operation </li><li>Complete mileage and passenger count reports accurately </li><li>Participate in safety, first aid, and other required trainings and meetings </li><li>Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisor </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working with youth or children is a plus </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older to meet driving requirements </li><li>CDL License </li><li>Ability to sit upright for extended periods (three hours or more consecutively) </li><li>Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds sporadically during a regular work shift </li><li>Physically active with the ability to bend, kneel, reach, and stretch throughout a regular work shift </li></ul> <p>Ready to embark on a rewarding journey as a Shuttle Driver?
