The organization delivers capabilities to the stores that enrich the Customer and Associate experience and provide business value. We seek a motivated, talented, experienced IT Manager to help guide the resources on their career journey and help with Jira and objectives health within Workforce management domain.</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and talented leader with a solid understanding of Release & Environment Management, DevSecOps, and outstanding collaboration skills. The IT Manager will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with scrum teams to review the sprint goals and be part of the scrum refinement meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain defined environment roadmaps based on multiple project requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Set and manage environment guidelines (release, refreshes) through the application lifecycle to release.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate database and environment refreshes for testing and operational use.</p> </li></ul> <p>What you will need</p> <p>The Global Workforce management Team thrives on positive relationships with our delivery & development partners, working diligently to address their needs which supports TJX growth and operational stability. In this tightly knit and fast-paced operational delivery team, you will be constantly challenged to think creatively.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with scrum teams to ensure availability and stability, data refreshes, and best practices in test environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and manage the Release Management process and function - ensure IQOQ is created, peer review documentation is attached.</p> </li><li> <p>Actively coach and mentor EIC engineers, scrum masters, to identify and resolve issues with technology and product processes.</p> </li></ul> <p>We are seeking a leader ready to contribute to the delivery of globally distributed, high-quality applications. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.</p>
