You will build Energy Recovery Ventilation units (ERVs) for hospitals, schools, warehouses and other commercial businesses. Come work for a team that has never experienced a layoff!</p> <p>RenewAire offers highly competitive pay, a super-flexible schedule and great benefits!</p> <p>Choose your schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Four 10-hour days: Monday - Thursday OR Five 8-hour days: Monday - Friday </li><li>Overtime is VOLUNTARY </li><li>Full benefits such as 401k with up to a 6% match, well-funded health benefits, PTO, access to our fitness center and more! </li></ul> <p>At RenewAire, we're looking for people who take pride in their work to improve ventilation and energy efficiencies.</p> <p>Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Fabricate our ventilation units and accessories from the ground up according to drawings and specifications </li><li>Assure product meets the highest quality standards </li><li>Coordinate / cooperate with other assemblers to achieve best overall flow of work on the production floor </li><li>Actively identify, suggest and help implement improvements to the build specification, general workspaces, tools and procedures </li><li>Promote a safe, pleasant and professional work environment </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Experience in HVAC installation or maintenance welcome </li><li>At least 3 years' experience with portable power tools and hand tools </li><li>Experience with wiring and/or electrical </li><li>The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Mechanical Aptitude & Repair skills </li><li>Problem-Solving/Troubleshooting abilities </li><li>Team-player and self-starter </li><li>Pride in producing high quality work with attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$22+/hr</p>
