<p>About the Job</p> <p>Note: This job posting includes multiple opportunities across the Picking, Packing & Staging and Shipping departments</p> <p>17 positions available</p> <p>The purpose of this position is to accurately pick, pack & stage and ship orders using Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, and company SOPs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Distribution Associate to join Glenmarks distribution team.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Note: These statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties.</p> <ul> <li>Pick customer and replenishment orders based on system-directed tasks using RF scanners integrated with Manhattan WMS. </li><li>Pack and stage customer orders based on system-directed tasks using RF scanners integrated with Manhattan WMS. </li><li>Coordinate with wave planners and group leads to ensure timely order fulfilment and correct staging of outbound shipments. </li><li>Accurately process outbound customer orders based on system-directed tasks using RF scanners integrated with Manhattan WMS. </li><li>Perform quality checks to ensure shipment integrity, proper labeling, and compliance. </li><li>Generate and verify shipping documentation such as packing slips, Bills of Lading, and shipping labels. </li><li>Adhere to inventory control measures during load-out and confirm real-time updates in WMS. </li><li>Verify product lot numbers, expiry dates, and quantities during processing to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical traceability and labeling standards </li><li>Maintain FDA and DEA regulatory compliance by ensuring cleanroom integrity and proper handling of temperature-sensitive and controlled substances. </li><li>Prepare orders for shipment by palletizing and staging them according to destination zones and transportation requirements </li><li>Participate in cycle counts, audits, and ongoing distribution process improvement initiatives </li><li>Collaborate with Inventory Control and Quality teams to report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods </li><li>Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory areas; includes hands-on cleaning and maintenance along with organization and interpersonal skills to coordinate with other department and outside waste disposal vendor. </li><li>Assist Distribution in achieving a high level of productivity, promoting good business practices, and training peers on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) </li><li>Follows Glenmark Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures </li><li>Assist in other distribution functional areas as necessary </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>HS Diploma required </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>1-3 Years of Distribution Experience </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Skills</p> <ul> <li>WMS (Manhattan) experience preferred </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in high-volume settings. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Organizational Skills </li><li>Time Management </li><li>Familiarity with DEA, DSCSA, and cGMP compliance </li><li>Experience with RF technology </li><li>Experience in the Pharmaceutical and or Medical Device Industry preferred. </li><li>Ability to work OT and weekends when needed </li><li>MHE Material Handling Equipment certification </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. </li><li>The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office </li><li>Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. </li><li>The incumbent is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <p>Salary Range - $40,000 - 50,000 USD</p> <p>The compensation range provided reflects the expected base compensation only and does not include potential bonuses, incentive plans, or benefits.
