This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills will make a direct impact in delivering sustainable packaging solutions.</p> <p>Pay Rate: $28.48 - $32.31 per hour</p> <p>Shifts Available:</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM </li><li>Sunday-Friday: 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM </li></ul> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and Lockout/Tagout procedures </li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance on facility systems and production equipment </li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical components such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, and gauges </li><li>Inspect and monitor equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions </li><li>Dismantle machinery or facility equipment to access and replace defective parts </li><li>Lubricate, clean, and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance </li><li>Complete and document maintenance work orders to reduce downtime and boost efficiency </li><li>Support general facility upkeep and contribute to a safe, organized, and productive environment </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>3-5 years of facility or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents </li><li>Skilled in using measuring tools, amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges </li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills </li><li>Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions </li><li>A dependable, professional approach and commitment to quality work </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love It Here:</p> <p>This is a direct hire position with a full benefits package provided by our client.
