<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for transporting passengers to and from their destinations in a safe and courteous manner.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Keeps cars stocked and cleaned during shift </li><li>Generates reports of all associated expenses </li><li>Follows all Safety, DMV and highway rules and regulations </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Makes minor repairs to vehicles, as needed </li><li>Informs management of guest service issues </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Must have a minimum of six months of driving experience in the transportation industry </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license with Public Service Endorsement and must be insurable through the company carrier </li><li>Must maintain an up- to-date medical card </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Excellent guest service skills </li><li>Self motivated and able to work with little or no supervision </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>All required safety and regulatory training </li><li>Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including the use of manual transmissions </li><li>SMART alcohol awareness </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs </li><li>Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time </li><li>Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions </li><li>Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions </li><li>Must be able to regularly visit all work related areas in Transportation </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
