<p>The first 3 letters in the workplace are Y-O-U!</p> <p>TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced CSC NI Coordinator II in Germantown, TN.</p> <p>Responsible for prescreening and reviewing of new orders, review returned</p> <p>approvals and release projects on time to obtain firm ship date based on building</p> <p>schedule. Manage project throughout entire Order Management process; remove</p> <p>barriers that may delay project schedule. Coordinate basic pre-engineered and</p> <p>engineered New Installation (NI) using project management skills. Interface with</p> <p>general contractors, branch and sales staff to ensure proper procedures are</p> <p>followed and deadlines are met.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Review and analyze documentation for use in the preparation of New </li></ul> <p>Installation (NI), submittal data including quoted prices, architectural</p> <p>drawings, and surveys.</p> <ul> <li>Review and make necessary changes to quoted prices based on customer driven </li></ul> <p>changes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data presented for submittal</p> <p>drawings.</p> <ul> <li>Prepare job status reports for interactive conference calls. </li><li>Prepare accurate and timely release orders to suppliers to assure the </li></ul> <p>precise equipment is delivered in accordance with the contract schedule.</p> <ul> <li>Correspond frequently with general contractors, branch and sales staff to </li></ul> <p>ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.</p> <ul> <li>Respond to internal and external customer requests within time specified in </li></ul> <p>our service level agreements.</p> <ul> <li>Identify, resolve, and initiate problem resolution during the life of the </li></ul> <p>project.</p> <ul> <li>Review Coworkers work as needed and train them for </li><li>Manage and lead basic projects through the order process by removing </li></ul> <p>barriers that arise in various stages of the project. Ensure project flows</p> <p>through Order Management using project management skills such as</p> <p>communication, team management, leadership, negotiation, personal</p> <p>organization and risk management.</p> <ul> <li>Process jobs by release deadline date to ensure requested ship dates are </li></ul> <p>met.</p> <ul> <li>Enter and maintain data on mainframe and Order Management database. </li></ul> <p>Maintain related forms and files.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain control system to distribute drawings to the proper department. </li><li>Maintain system to report cost changes to ensure accurate billing. </li><li>Perform special projects and other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree in a construction-related field is </li></ul> <p>preferred; High School and/or Technical School is required.</p> <ul> <li>Two or more years of project coordination in a construction-related field </li></ul> <p>is preferred.</p> <ul> <li>Basic project management skills such as communication, leadership, team </li></ul> <p>management, negotiation, personal organization, and risk management are</p> <p>required.</p> <ul> <li>Strong customer service experience and abilities are required. </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills are required. </li><li>The ability to read, interpret, comprehend and organize technical drawings, </li></ul> <p>specifications and procedure manuals is preferred.</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of commonly used drafting concepts, practices and procedures is </li></ul> <p>preferred.</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and </li></ul> <p>Outlook) is required.</p> <ul> <li>Requires the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, </li></ul> <p>percentages and ratios.</p> <ul> <li>Must be organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects. </li></ul> <p>Provided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees will be offered</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage </li><li>Flexible spending accounts (FSA) </li><li>Health savings account (HSA) </li><li>Supplemental medical plans </li><li>Company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance </li><li>Company-paid basic life insurance and AD&D </li><li>Optional life and AD&D coverage </li><li>Optional spouse and dependent life insurance </li><li>Identity theft monitoring </li><li>Pet insurance </li><li>Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company match: Employees can contribute a portion of their pay on a pre-tax or Roth basis.
