This is a hands-on execution role reporting directly to the CFO during a critical close, controls, and</p> <p>systems transition period.</p> <p>This opportunity is well suited for a Controller who enjoys being close to the work, values accuracy, and takes pride in clean, timely financials. Success comes from staying engaged with the details while managing a robust team, setting a strong execution standard, and ensuring deliverables are completed reliably. The CFO is direct and appreciates clear follow-through.
