In this role, you'll partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, elevate the customer experience, and foster a collaborative and high-energy environment. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Creating best in class luxury experience for customers and supporting any customer escalations</p> </li><li> <p>Achieving and supporting your team in achieving sales goals , conversion expectations, circularity, KPI's and all service responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting the sales floor coverage and any other call to action customer service duties that may arise</p> </li><li> <p>Helping to create local store schedule, ensuring appropriate coverage</p> </li><li> <p>Coaching and training clienteling and outreach responsibilities to drive revenue for the local store</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring operational excellence: Duties to include the processing of goods for Authentication, Procurement, Visual Display, Returns, Order Pick Ups and Selling.
