<p>Description</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>Join the Saraya USA marketing team and gain hands-on experience across a portfolio of purpose-driven brands - including Lakanto, Kyhv Nutrition, Happy Elephant, and Arau Baby. As our newest Marketing team member, you'll contribute to email and SMS campaigns that reach over 100,000 customers nationwide, while learning the foundations of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity for students or early professionals interested in copywriting, customer journey mapping, ecommerce, and wellness marketing. You'll work directly with Brand Managers and collaborate with our creative, ecommerce, and sales teams using industry tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, Shopify, and Figma.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Write and edit marketing emails, SMS messages, and blog content </li><li>Build and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Postscript, and other marketing tools </li><li>Assist with maintaining email and SMS marketing campaign timelines and content calendars </li><li>Learn how to build automated email flows and audience segments </li><li>Track basic performance metrics (open rates, click rates, etc.) and support report building </li><li>Contribute creative ideas for themes, promotions, and new customer journeys </li><li>Collaborate with design and ecommerce teams to align visual and written content </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field </li><li>Strong writing, editing, and communication skills </li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow </li><li>Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and conscious consumer products </li><li>Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, or Figma </li><li>Experience with email platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, or Mailchimp is a plus, but not required </li><li>Experience with Shopify or Postscript is a bonus, but not required </li></ul> <p>What You'll Gain</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing </li><li>Exposure to industry-leading ecommerce platforms </li><li>Mentorship from experienced brand and marketing professionals </li><li>A chance to make a real impact at a growing wellness company </li></ul> <p>About Our Brands:</p> <p>Lakanto - A wellness brand known for monk fruit-sweetened products that support sugar-free living without sacrificing sweetness.</p> <p>Happy Elephant - A sustainable home care brand rooted in conservation, on a mission to shift the environmental impact of household products.</p> <p>Arau Baby - A plant-based baby care brand from Japan offering gentle, effective skincare for babies and families.</p> <p>Kyhv Nutrition - A rising sports nutrition line built for everyday athletes, combining performance and planetary care.</p> <p>Schedule: Flexible, ~30 hours per week</p> <p>Location: On-site in Orem, UT</p> <p>Pay: $20 per hour</p>
