<p>Join our team and Be You Be Aptar.</p> <p>Senior Tax Analyst</p> <p>Reports to: Tax Manager</p> <p>Location: Home-based Remote or Hybrid 1-2 days/week in Crystal Lake, IL*</p> <ul> <li>all candidates must be authorized to work in the US on ongoing basis. No relocation available </li></ul> <p>The Senior Tax Analyst role is responsible for US tax compliance and ASC 740 accounting. Duties also include tax analysis on various federal, state and international tax projects as needed.</p> <p>As a Senior Tax Analyst, You Will:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the preparation and filing of US federal and state tax returns, including Form 5471 and other US international forms. </li><li>Responsible for the analysis and review of U.S. quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations </li><li>Responsible for U.S. state analysis, planning </li><li>Develop and maintain knowledge of federal, state and international tax laws, regulations and current tax developments </li><li>Support federal and state tax audit process </li><li>Support 404 compliance for the tax function </li><li>Complete tax related projects as assigned </li><li>Support company compliance with non-income tax matters </li></ul> <p>Who We are Looking For</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation </li><li>Preferred: MBA, Masters in Taxation or CPA preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Required: 4+ years of tax related experience. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills / Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Organizational skills to be able to manage multi-tiered tax compliance responsibilities; </li><li>Strong working knowledge of book-tax adjustments; </li><li>Ability to support the various projects and day-to-day activities of a fast paced, multi-faceted work environment; </li><li>High degree of accuracy; self-motivated </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills / Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Travel: Sometimes </li><li>CorpTax software experience preferred </li><li>SAP experience a plus </li></ul> <p>Who We are</p> <p>At Aptar, we leverage insights, design, engineering and science to develop drug and consumer product dosing, dispensing and protection technologies for many of the world's leading brands. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
