<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Housekeeping Supervisor maintains a clean and safe community for residents, family members, guests, and associates by coordinating and directing all housekeeping services.</p> <p>What will I do every day?</p> <ul> <li>Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities </li><li>Inspect associates' work performance </li><li>Schedule general cleaning before move-ins and after move-outs </li><li>Investigate complaints about service and equipment </li><li>Arrange for services, such as painting, repair work, renovations etc. </li><li>Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates </li><li>Remain updated in changing in OSHA laws and/or other regulations </li></ul> <p>What will I need to be successful in this role?</p> <ul> <li>Bring a smile to work every day </li><li>Be a great team player </li><li>High school graduate; some college preferred </li><li>3-5 years' experience as a supervisor and/or in a housekeeping lead role </li></ul> <p>Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?</p> <ul> <li>Technical training or certification (e.g., National Environmental Health Association) is desirable </li></ul> <p>What's in it for me?
