<p>Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead and execute impactful research initiatives that shape the future of diabetes care. This role will drive innovation in user experience by designing and conducting rigorous qualitative and quantitative studies, collaborating across functions, and mentoring fellow researchers.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Define the UX research roadmap aligned with business priorities and stakeholder needs </li><li>Represent UX research in high-profile cross-functional meetings and leadership presentations </li><li>Build strong partnerships with business, design, and engineering teams </li><li>Lead process improvements and introduce new tools and methodologies </li><li>Mentor and collaborate with other UX researchers on team projects </li><li>Independently conduct research and lead medium-sized projects end-to-end </li><li>Design and analyze large-scale surveys using advanced Qualtrics features </li><li>Conduct qualitative and mixed-method studies (e.g., interviews) with patients and healthcare professionals, both remotely and in-person </li><li>Manage participant recruitment and compensation, including vendor coordination </li><li>Deliver compelling reports with actionable insights and best-in-class visualizations* Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or related field </li><li>5+ years of experience in quantitative CX, UX, Human Factors, or Marketing/Customer Insights, with a product focus </li><li>Strong desire to improve the lives of people living with diabetes </li><li>Extensive experience with Qualtrics, including advanced features </li><li>Proven expertise in data visualization and storytelling for business audiences </li><li>Experience in agile research and design sprints </li><li>Demonstrated ability to present research findings to leadership </li><li>Strong background in design of experiments </li><li>Track record of success in fast-paced, collaborative environments </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in regulated medical spaces and/or med-tech devices </li><li>Knowledge of diabetes and its impact on patient experience </li><li>Advanced expertise in statistical analysis </li></ul>
