<p>?Coordinating curriculum, instruction, assessment, staff development, budgeting, as well as new program development and expansion. ?Monitor and evaluate the instructional delivery practices of all satellite and CBI instructors making sure each instructor has a clear understanding of high student expectations, increased student performance and maximum student engagement in classroom learning. ?Develop and maintain positive collaborative relationships with associate school administrators, department heads and teachers. ?Serve as liaison and advocate between the identified needs of satellite teachers and FCCC in areas of EMIS, class rosters, inventory, equipment, materials and instructional support. ?Provide support for the Satellite FFA activities. ?Provide support for CTSO related activities under your supervision. ?Assume any other responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Education, Superintendent, Career-Technical Director, or their designee(s) ? Deep understanding and commitment to career-technical education and the ability to structure and/or restructure career-technical programs for greater student and workplace success. ? Highly skilled communicator who functions as building and campus leader in serving the students, staff and community with quality instruction, curriculum and administrative duties. ? Ability to lead, coordinate and/or facilitate groups and evaluate programs and people with care and integrity that reflect FCCC's mission and vision. ? Commitment to developing team skills in serving on overall administrative teams and various committees. ? Ability to mobilize people who will, in turn, develop quality educational and extracurricular activities that bring FCCC students local, state and national access and opportunities for excellence. ? Expertise in managerial and administrative skills that focus on safety, professional development and technology that enhance the educational process. ? Demonstrated skill in evaluating and coaching staff and students for higher expectations, more engagement, outstanding results and improvement. ? Excellent time and project management skills in order to handle multiple and competing priorities embedded in the Assistant Director's role and functions including budgeting, facilities, personnel records and organizational paperwork. ?Demonstrated leadership ability based on strong interactive communication and commitment to high standards. ? Demonstrates a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.</p>
