We're an individual who has a passion for technology, possesses a curious outlook, can work collaboratively and independently, and prefers a proactive approach over a reactive one.</p> <p>The Associate Director, AdOps is integral to the team, overseeing the technical implementation of digital campaigns, including ad trafficking and tagging. They also play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing campaign operational processes in collaboration with both internal and external contacts to ensure that digital media plans meet expectations.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead campaign execution and oversee process evolution in partnership with Directors and Managers, ensuring operational excellence and scalable workflows. </li><li>Oversee activation of digital campaigns across display, video, social, mobile, gaming, and programmatic channels, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with media strategy. </li><li>Lead strategic conversations with clients and media teams around technology integrations, finding opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance data quality, and enable advanced capabilities. </li><li>Oversee the trafficking process across the team, ensuring accuracy and consistency in campaign setup, including ownership of complex implementations such as Floodlight tags, DMP integrations, network configurations, and advanced tracking solutions. </li><li>Drive operational excellence by establishing effective methods, improving workflows, and proactively finding opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality across campaign execution. </li><li>Partner with Ad Tech leadership to design and implement standardized processes, QA frameworks, and governance to minimize errors and ensure consistent execution across accounts. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating directly with media teams, creative agencies, platform partners, and vendors to resolve customer concerns efficiently. </li><li>Act as a Subject Matter Expert and inspiring leader across ad technology platforms, providing mentorship to internal teams and contributing POVs on new technologies, industry trends, and platform capabilities. </li><li>Manage and mentor Analyst and Senior Analysts, providing coaching, technical guidance, and professional development to strengthen team capabilities and ensure high-quality output. </li><li>Coordinate work across multiple clients, ensuring consistent execution, sharing guidelines across teams, and driving standardization and continuous improvement across accounts. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in digital media (agency or publisher side) </li><li>Experience with training and development, as the role involves both doing your work and supporting others on the team in their pursuit of excellence </li><li>Experience with digital platforms -knows the ins-and-outs of second-and third-party vendors, ad servers of all stripes (display, video, social, mobile), Tag Management Systems (GTM, Adobe, Signal, etc.), and/or VVF vendors (viewability, verification, and fraud prevention) </li><li>Our clients are primarily Google CM360, Flashtalking, and Innovid users, so please tell us about your ad server experience especially in self-service capacity. Also don't be shy about your expertise with floodlights, rich media, etc. </li><li>Knowledge/experience with Google Marketing Platform and Mobile Measurement Platforms like Branch, Appsflyer, Firebase, and Kochava </li><li>Experience with Conversion API implementation across different social platforms </li><li>Skills in QA'ing ad tags and conversion tags in a browser environment or tag diagnostic tool are key </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
