As a Color Matcher, you'll mix compounds and match colors to exact customer specs - a skilled, hands-on role at the heart of our production process.</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <ul> <li>Mix compounds and color match products to customer specifications using established formulation procedures </li><li>Use color computer software to support accurate color matching </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for all color match requests </li><li>Report labor and inventory transactions using electronic or paper systems </li><li>Support Stager responsibilities as needed </li></ul> <p>What we're looking for</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred) </li><li>Ability to read, write, and perform basic math </li><li>Willingness to learn Schneller products, quality standards, and procedures </li><li>Eligible for required US export authorizations (ITAR/EAR) </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements</p> <ul> <li>Stand and operate equipment (mixers, tow motor, carts) for an 8-10 hour shift </li><li>Lift up to 40 lbs frequently; up to 60 lbs occasionally </li><li>Frequent bending, walking, fine motor tasks, and twisting throughout the shift </li><li>Must pass annual Farnsworth Munsell color vision testing (with or without corrective lenses) </li></ul> <p>Hours:</p> <p>Monday - Thursday: 5am - 3pm</p> <p>Friday: 5am - 1pm</p> <p>OT is available</p>
