<p>It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!</p> <p>We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate and perform maintenance tasks on facility systems, including refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and material handling equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in coordinating repairs, upgrades, and vendor/contractor activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure adherence to company safety policies and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, USDA, FDA).</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor facility conditions and promptly report issues requiring management attention.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide guidance and daily direction to maintenance staff and contractors.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance-related documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with operations teams to ensure facilities meet service and operational needs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's degree or technical training in Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience in facility or maintenance operations, preferably in a warehouse or food distribution environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on knowledge of building systems, refrigeration, and/or HVAC equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of workplace safety and regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lead, train, and coordinate maintenance teams across shifts.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.</p> </li></ul>
